This is a by the tongue recreation of thai tea as served to me at donut shops in Phoenix Arizona.
To help taste the what the final product will be like, blend a can of evaporated milk with ice. Add strong black tea and sweetend condensed milk to taste as the primary sweetener.
I also add some brown sugar and vanilla, but only a small amount. This time I actually used toasted sugar, which you should look up if you have not heard of it.

It should be thinned out a bit with water, but is always served slightly too strong over ice. It soon reaches a desirable concentration, which is a necessity in the scorching Phoneix summers. It can be served immediately, but is best after chilling for several hours.
Additionally, the tea will only be the color pictured if it is dyed yellow- I bought a packet of "thai tea" but it's just black tea with food dye.
